great stay, few minor hiccups

top notch amenities strong air conditioning helpful staff

this resort is tranquil. the amenities are top notch and the entire resort very clean. the rooms have strong air conditioning. staff helped with boat trips and securing our return. monyvong was very helpful and cute.

shower pressure was very little, and hot and cold water was hit and miss. some days we had brown water that stained everything. it is island life. the hotel has been built close to the waterfront so there really isn't any beach in front.

the resort includes a pool with clear views of the sea and beach loungers are available . bungalows are set within a garden. the hotel provides daily cleaning of the beach area in front of the resort.

they also helped me get a ferry from the mainland. the reception managed our travels smoothly. the staff were friendly and super helpful with all requests.

the breakfast includes many options. food is high-quality with great cocktails, mixed by a professional. there are bbqs on the beach some nights. the cocktails looked delicious, they tasted delicious too.

Wonderful Bungalow Stay

helpful staff convenient location nice pool lush greenery

I was very grateful for the helpful staff. They really were great. The location was especially convenient because the ferry pier is just steps away. I found the pool and the surrounding seating areas very nice. The lush greenery around the chalets gave great privacy.

The beach area near the resort was not as wide as I expected, though it was kept very clean.

The Bungalow Double Garden View had a comfortable bed. Amenities included reliable air conditioning, very welcome after a day in the sun. I also noticed that the room was very clean upon arrival.

The hotel features a private pier. It made arrival and departure very comfortable. The pier's proximity makes accessing boat trips and other island destinations easy. The hotel is convenient, especially when arriving on a hot day.

The breakfast buffet included many options. It featured both western and local selections. I found it very complete. The bar offers happy hour with cocktails at a reasonable price. I liked that the bar and restaurant were next to the beach.

the staff were friendly. the location was right on the beach. i found the restaurant to be good value for money. the accommodation had everything i needed.

the shower had very little pressure, i noticed. the hot and cold water was a bit hit and miss. some days there was brown water, it stained things. there isn't much light because the pods are densely packed together.
